Here’s an addendum to our recent post on writing an effective job posting to attract the candidates you want. One of our recruiters sent me this great example of a real job posting. It includes the challenge, SEO words, the you-centered style, the whole she-bang! Check it out:

Marketing Manager

Must Haves

• Must have a customer-centric marketing philosophy
• Must have great communication skills, both in writing, in person & over the phone
