Brian Hochhalter is a recruiting professional and Portland, Oregon native with more than three decades of experience connecting great people with great companies. During his time at Amtec, Brian served as a recruiter and contributed to the company's blog, writing about job seeking strategies, resume best practices, and the hiring process from a recruiter's perspective. Brian built his career around the belief that recruiting is a privilege. He saw his role as a conduit between people and businesses, focused on streamlining the process for everyone involved. That philosophy shaped his approach to both his client relationships and the content he wrote for Amtec's audience. Outside of recruiting, his interests include antiquing, gardening, philosophy, politics, and spending time with family.
