Act as primary point between the Company and customers with respect to support and service activities.
Implement and monitor processes to ensure proactive identification of quality, delivery, and fielded product issues with the objective of achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
Maintain systems and procedures that insure an efficient and effective order administration process that is responsive to the customer requirements.
Attend customer meetings concerning service and support activities
Monitor and coordinate responses to requests from customers to maintain established response time for department.
Coordinates effective communication with sales order entry, program management, engineering, manufacturing, and production control of customer requirements
Maintain daily reporting within the customer service group and generate status updates as required.
Maintain and coordinate distribution of performance reports that evaluate and measure on time delivery, past due, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or successful performance of a formal development plan leading to a BS/BA degree is preferred.
Broad knowledge of a general technical or sales or marketing or business field. Knowledge of personal computer and associated application software.
Ability to prioritize workload and adjust to multiple priorities.
Over 5 years of sales support, sales contracts, customer service, business office experience for an aerospace manufacturing company.
The successful candidate will also have good organization, basic MS Office skills, intermediate Excel skills, know networked environment file management, records management, and have document control experience.
