Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for the supervision, organization,
planning and scheduling of their assigned duties. Responsible for directing the
contractors and subcontractors. Monitoring the quality of work performed on the
project and maintaining a safe project. Monitor project costs and take necessary
action to minimize expenses and maximize profits while maintaining quality.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 3-years' experience as an Assistant Superintendent
for multi-family projects.
Must have knowledge in vertical construction including wood framing,
drywall and finishes.
Have experience with building parking garages and 4 and 5 story framing a
must.
Mus have knowledge of podium or wrap wood frame residential
construction projects,
Must have experience in unit finishes, punch out and management turn
overs.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong abilities with Excel and MS Project or other similar project
management software.
Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
