Position Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Utilize the Win-Win Selling Methodology to direct branch sales objectives.
  • Innovative Solutions: Develop pricing models, proposals, and customer service models to stay ahead in a competitive market.
  • Key Account Management: Take charge of key accounts and coordinate impactful presentations and sales activities.
  • Training Excellence: Develop and lead training to enhance the skill level of our recruiting teams, ensuring they are set up for success.
  • Client Engagement: Foster client relationships through regular follow-ups, education on industry trends, and offering solution-based options.
  • Financial Mastery: Oversee budget processes, execute branch budgets, and take accountability for profit and loss.
  • Team Empowerment: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and team-building to drive effective recruiting strategies and staff agreements.
  • Performance Metrics: Conduct performance measurements, manage accountability, and recommend compensation adjustments.

  • Experience: Associates degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 2 years of management experience in retail or staffing.
