Managing the performance of residential operations in California.
Must have General Contractor B license.
Learning to perform geopolymer injection in domestic sector
Training new team members to the skill
Scheduling and performance management of West Coast injection units
Weekly operations meetings
Procurement of consumables and plant
Subcontractor management and SLA
Ensuring invoicing of completed jobs on time including any completion paperwork required weekly
Checking / approving wages weekly for Technicians
Scheduling of 2 jobs per day where Capa tool shows it is possible.
Checking that hours and kilos are correctly reported daily by site teams
Ensure thorough Sales / Ops handover happens for every job weekly enforcing hard stop where breaks in the Value Chain are evident.
Ownership of site records, accuracy and on time delivery
Oversee and agree all variations ensuring that engineering guidance is followed and the valuation of such variations is in accordance with the quotation.
Final QA checks as required on residential quotes to support the commercial director and ensure design/quoting guidelines are adhered to.
Support on feasibility of projects within the Residential sector.
Complaints handling and reviews liaising with customer service to ensure speedy resolution whilst applying Terms & Conditions.
NPS > 9 (Net Promoter Score)
Carry out root cause analysis of non conformances and conduct lessons learnt with the teams.
Ensure designs are implemented correctly on site
Weekly reporting on the KPI"s
