Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Glendale, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-month Contract
Pay rate: $60-$80/hr on W2

Product Manager

The Product Manager will own the creation and execution of optimization campaigns within the team and organization. The role will proactively identify, communicate and build scalable and performative solutions that improve business outcomes, with a focus on efficient, creative solutions for largely predetermined initiatives. An ideal candidate will understand and interpret business objectives for an array of supported businesses, and can effectively manage competing objectives and priorities. Responsible for effectively communicating moderate-to-complex concepts across cross-functional teams to gain consensus and enable expected outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, direct and execute efficient and effective optimization campaigns across one or more lines of business or user flows
  • Collaborate with business, creative and technical partners to identify opportunities, gain consensus and develop executable plans.
  • Understand and apply digital optimization practices across entire guest journey, including a demonstrated understanding of optimization platforms, data collection practices, statistics and traditional eCommerce KPIs
  • Manage projects through both web and mobile release processes.
  • Create strategic work aligned with eCommerce and UX industry best practices, which also aligns with internal practices, processes and projects.
  • Understand and utilize all available platforms and resources to inform strategic work, including digital analytics, behavioral analytics, UX/UI best practices, technical capabilities, relationship-building, etc.
  • Identify opportunities to augment existing platform capabilities through vendor partnership, system integrations or other

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of previous and relevant experience in Product Management or a related discipline, including experience in Agile methodology.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience with Mobile Product Management, including development and release management processes.
  • Minimum of 1 years of previous experience with A/B testing and optimization
  • Demonstrated experience with executing projects within a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal guidance on a variety of issues
  • Exemplary communications skills, both written and verbal, at all levels of the organization and across a variety of disciplines. Ability to communicate moderate to difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent certifications and work experience in a field related to Digital Product Management, Digital Marketing, Product Design and/or Analytics
  • Preferred Qualifications              
  • Experience in developing requirements for enterprise applications and features
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital data and its application within strategic work
  • Demonstrated experience with UX/UI, Product Design or related disciplines
  • Experience with Behavioral Analytics or CX platforms
  • Experience with Design Thinking
