Project Leader will lead a cross functional and multinational group of engineers, product development team members, including sales managers, suppliers, customers and product division managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member. Develop team schedules in MS Project and assist in the successful product deployment. Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow. Be able to take technical notes, with “actions” noted, dates to close and if not met develop corrective action plans. Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress. Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps. Nurture collaboration amongst team members. Quickly and effectively resolve team conflicts. Write project reports as necessary. Be able to multitask between several projects on a weekly basis. Willing to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally to meet with both customers and stakeholders in project. Be able to understand how decisions affect cogs, delivery, and profit.

QUALIFICATIONS A project management leader has a unique set of skills that provide the tools needed to lead their team successfully.
Be able to understand electrical, mechanical and software engineering topics at a high level and include project management software platform knowledge. Education: Engineering degree in EE, ME, CE, IE, or SE Experience: Minimum 3-5 years leading a cross functional group in a technical field Location: Haverhill, MA Language: English Strong work ethic, and motivated to work in a high performing, results oriented environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Additional Language: Italian and/or Spanish would be ideal
