Provides overall customer support for at least one Project Manager to consistently deliver products and services that fully meet customer specifications, company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Description MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance) * Prepare production work orders. * Prepare and print order-specific documents and labels. * Support Project Manager team with general administrative tasks. * Work with internal teams to coordinator order priority. * Address production and distribution inquiries. * Coordinate and support customer inventory counts as needed. * Oversee daily ordering process to ensure compliance with desired order delivery dates. * Oversee shipping activities for assigned accounts to ensure timely delivery. * Manage central filing requirements, including production work orders and shipped orders. * Provide leadership to associates involved in assigned account processes. * Other tasks as assigned.
