Job Description

Our Project Managers are responsible for processing and coordinating all aspects of our Projects from
receipt of the Purchase Order to the installation of the final product. This includes coordination with on-
site contact, customer, contractors, designers, and installers.

 Successfully coordinates project management from production through finalization of
 Review Purchase Orders and submit a request to Purchasing Department for all necessary
 Create work orders and work tickets for the production.
 Responds immediately and appropriately to changing circumstances on clients’ orders.
 Creates and maintains fabric recap to ensure proper consumption to prevent shortages during
 Successfully coordinate and manage the measure and installation of a project.
 Maintains up-to-date project budgets to ensure the project meets profit expectations.
 Interfaces with various internal and external departments to coordinate production success.
 Handle high-volume emails regarding questions, production compliance, schedules, and

Job Requirements

 Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and/or 5 years of related experience as a project coordinator in the
Hotel Industry/Manufacturing environment.
 Handled multiple customers/ coordinating requests/customer compliance.
 Managed daily large numbers of emails effectively; has strong verbal and written
communication skills.
 Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office, EXCEL, and Outlook
 Ability to follow through with details and document changes as requested.
 Must be able to manage multiple requests, assess priorities and consistently achieve deadlines.
 Good organization skills are a must.
 Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Spanish speaking a plus.
