Job Description

Do you have professional recruiting/Human Resources experience and want to work from home part time during typical business hours? We are looking for you! Our company needs experienced Human Resources people to assist small business owners with their talent acquisition efforts by telephone using our innovative hiring system. Earn a flat fee for each search project you manage, with the potential of over $100K yearly as we grow. This is not commission sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

  • Complete the TAC (Talent Acquisition Consultant) training program and exam to start.
  • Guide clients through the talent acquisition process from start to finish.
  • Help client define position and develop position profile (job description).
  • Compile information from our resources to customize hiring system tools.
  • Act as search project manager.
  • Work part time or as many projects as you like.
  • Job Requirements

    REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience as a recruiter supporting corporate hiring
  • Experience providing talent acquisition/Human Resources consulting directly to clients
  • Experience in developing job descriptions and internet postings
  • Experience interfacing with hiring managers
  • Experience with candidate screening and interview scheduling
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office PREFERRED:
