Alvin Cruz

Alvin joined Amtec in 2014 as a Sourcing Specialist, then later became part of the direct hire team. With a degree in Mass Communications and his background in events management, this former recruiter decided to volunteer for Amtec’s Rewards and Recreation committee to engage his colleagues in fun activities in and out of the office. His constant passion to inject happiness in the workplace and keep the #fAmtec culture alive earned him the title of Employee Engagement and Marketing Specialist in 2019. On weekends, Alvin is likely on out-of-town trips or binge-watching local volleyball leagues.
