2012’s Best Business Books

man reading a red book

This article caught my eye because the author claims that “these 12 books have shaped not only the way we work this year, but how we think and the conversations we’re having.” I’ve only heard of one of these books (Daring Greatly by Brene Brown comes highly recommended) but they all look compelling for one reason or another.

For instance, if you’re a manager who supervises an introvert or two, learn to get the best out of them by reading Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking. And if you want to boost your productivity yet work less hours, check out Extreme Productivity: Boost Your Results, Reduce Your Hours.

If you haven’t read as much as you intended to this year, maybe you’ll want to consider fitting one of these into your life before 2013 hits. For a list of the books and a quick description of each, click here.
