Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate both automated and manual prep equipment in department
- Insert and install thru-hole components such as capacitors, resistors, ICs, and connectors
- Utilize a variety of hand tools to assist in assembling thru-hole parts
- De-panel individual circuit boards from an array
- Perform high volume routine and repetitive duties to assemble products
- Maintain production equipment and materials in the department in a clean and organized fashion
- Read and follow paper or electronic work instruction and engineering drawings

Requirements
- Verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
- Ability to read, interpret and develop documents, instructions, operation manuals, safety rules, etc.
- Ability to manually apply thru-hole component parts with good hand dexterity.
- Ability to see details at a close range.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
Successful eye exam will be required prior to start.
