Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities within the Lifeline/ACP and MVNO markets. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and validating leads, ensuring that our sales team is focused on the most promising prospects. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's growth and success in these specialized markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Lead Generation:
● Proactively research and identify potential customers within the Lifeline/ACP and MVNO markets.
● Utilize various channels, including online research, social media, and industry databases, to create a steady flow of new leads.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation campaigns.
Lead Qualification:
● Conduct initial outreach to leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
● Evaluate leads to determine their potential fit and readiness to engage with our products and services.
● Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set up appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Database Management:
● Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead database with detailed information on each lead's status, needs, and interactions.
● Continuously update and cleanse the database to ensure data accuracy.
Reporting and Analytics:
● Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation and qualification activities.
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion rates and improve targeting strategies.
Market Research:
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics related to Lifeline/ACP and MVNO markets.
● Provide input and recommendations based on market intelligence.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
● Proven experience in lead generation and lead qualification, particularly within Lifeline/ACP and MVNO markets.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Adept at conducting effective research and analysis.
● Self-motivated and results-oriented.
