Our client is hiring a Business Development Representative for the Kenosha, Wisconsin


You’ll be responsible for representing our client in the growth and development of their growing staffing agency.   


Duties include – 

  • Engage with local branch teams to ensure that customers’ orders are filled with the talent they need.
  • Closes orders and ensures proper documentation is complete.
  • Ensure sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development.
  • Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability.
  • Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process and during service delivery.
  • Utilize sales tools, such as CRM and tracking tools for reporting and strategy activity.
  • Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, where you will be the single point of contact.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility and communication with the customer to help ensure we’re providing exceptional customer service.


Ideal Candidates will have the following experience and requirements:

  • 2-5 years related sales experience
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Sales experience in the staffing industry
  • Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations for assigned territory
  • Knowledge of consultative selling
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Self-motivated with the ability to deliver on target goals
  • Process driven with a systematic approach to improving sales
  • Strong on execution with a level of ownership and accountability
