Civil/Land Development Project Manager

ROLE: LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER

LOCATION: MIDLAND, TX

DURATION: PERMANENT – onsite

PAY: $80,000-$90,000

WHAT WE DO:  We provide private and public sector clients with a full range of professional civil engineering and land surveying services.  Our client provides planning, design, and construction administration services in these areas to provide clients with everything needed to carry projects from concept through completion.

WHAT WE SEEK:  We are seeking a Land Development Project Manager to grow with us.  As a Project Manager, you will work with our team performing:

• Engineering design and management of residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial projects.
• Develop technical studies, reports, master plans, and other documents as required.
• Mentor staff as needed.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years’ experience in civil engineering/land development.
• Hydrology experience is preferred.
• TX PE license or ability to attain through reciprocity.
• AutoCAD experience required
