Job Description

PURPOSE AND PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITES
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be required to maintain a positive relationship with clients, respond to inquiries, provide information about products and services, and assist with any issues or concerns that may arise. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests for information
  2. Work with clients to resolve any issues or problems they may encounter, escalating issues to the appropriate department as necessary
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including communication history, issues, and resolutions
  4. Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and changes in contract requirements
  6. Proactively communicate with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
  7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, focusing on building long-term partnerships and increasing customer loyalty

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  2. 2+ years of experience in customer service or related fiel
  3. Aerospace experience preferred

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  2. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
General office environment with office equipment usage. Requires usage of computer and computer software. Standing, fine dexterity, sitting, and handling. Occasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching.
