Job Description
Design Engineer Scope of Work
The design engineer will help design commercial and industrial IAQ (INDOOR AIR QUALITY) space products with cutting-edge technology. This role supports all engineering efforts for the company, including design, manufacturing, and research and development. This engineer will play a hands-on role in all stages of multiple products, from concept to prototyping to production and field testing, including, but not limited to, coordinating and managing product and prototype testing, maintaining engineering and test data files, coordinating testing and renewals with UL, CAD design in Solidworks, coordinate manufacturing line testing efforts to maintain the company’s certifications.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BS or Higher in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
- CAD experience
- CNC programming experience
- Data Analytic summarization and reporting
- Electrical design experience
- HVAC system experience
Additional skills/experience preferred:
- Experience in a product manufacturing setting
- CFD modeling
- Works well in a team
- Creative/critical thinker
