Role: Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Allentown, PA

Duration: Permanent 

Salary: $120,000-$135,000

Be an integral part of a team, you’ll focus on creating and building new technology that impacts a wide range of industrial customers.

Key initial activities will include designing an Embedded Microcontroller for Power Electronics, Analog, Digital, and Applications.  This company culture is an ideal environment to accomplish these results as they DO NOT allow the phrase  “That’s how we have always

Focus on creating and building new technology that impacts a wide range of industrial customers. Key initial activities will include designing PCBs,  Analog, Digital Circuits, and Embedded Microprocessor Applications.   

In this role, be a key contributor in creating new products and improving existing ones.  You are part of weekly company meetings to understand company goals, prioritize projects, and KPIs,  and discuss customer needs.

Qualifications: 

• BSEE or similar 
• Experience in the design of PC Boards and Embedded Micro-controller Applications 
• Experience in supporting manufacturing environment – more importantly WANT to be out on the manufacturing floor interfacing with Engineering, Test, and Operations teams. 
• Interest in working with PCB Design (Altium)
  Circuit Analysis and simulation software
  Thermal management 
• UL/CSA testing standards
