Financial Controller

Role: Financial Controller

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

We are looking for a hands-on Controller with a strong background in manufacturing to oversee our financial operations, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and cost control
• Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies
• Coordinate and assist with external audits
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions
• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
