Role: HR Generalist

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our client’s team in Albuquerque, NM:

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Administer and oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS database.
• Collaborate with management to strategize and execute workforce planning initiatives.
• Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
• SHRM or other HR certifications are a plus.
