Role: Manufacturing Engineering Manager 
Location: Paulsboro, NJ
Duration: Permanent

Salary: $145,000-$155,000

Job Description:

Designs, integrates, and improves manufacturing systems or related processes. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Drive the technology roadmap for process enhancements, improved yields, quality, and cost productivity.
• Leading edge technology used in process and automated production operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in mentoring and managing 2-5 Manufacturing Engineers on Lean or Continuous Improvement projects,

Must possess excellent “hands-on” mechanical and organizational skills. 

Minimum of 7 years in demonstrating manufacturing experience in the following areas:
 

• Manufacturing process optimization
• Lean manufacturing practices
• Six Sigma initiatives and
• Project Management

Other qualifications:

• BSME
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Production Operations.
• Hands-on electro-mechanical and electronics assembly.
• Experience in Root cause analysis 
• Success record of mentoring, guiding and developing engineers.
