Role: Utility – Hospitality and Deep Cleaning Specialist

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Join our team as a Hospitality and Deep Cleaning Specialist (HDCS) and be a pivotal part of creating an open, welcoming atmosphere that fosters skill enhancement and positive guest relations. As an HDCS, you’ll greet both internal and external guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Your role may also involve preparing food and serving guests in specific venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote an open and welcoming atmosphere conducive to skill enhancement.
• Greet guests warmly, maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to internal and external guests.
• Perform physical deep cleaning of all stationary and non-stationary equipment, including floors and drains.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and appropriately.
• Conduct inventory duties as required.
• Maintain chemical storage areas.
• Track equipment and floor cleaning schedules.
• Report equipment in need of repair to the Supervisor.
• Report work-related injuries to the Shift Supervisor.
• Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation laws pertaining to equipment deep cleaning.
• Occasionally perform other duties as assigned.
• Train others in all HDCS-related duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, deep cleaning, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation laws related to equipment cleaning is a plus.
