Amtec Adds to its Roster of ASA Certified Search Consultants

Two senior Amtec staffing managers, Robert Duchess and Robert Short, earned a mark of industry distinction for recruiting employees  – the American Staffing Association’s Certified Search Consultant® certification. With this addition, Amtec expands its growing team of Certified Search Consultants. 

This industry certification is awarded to recruiting experts who have completed ASA course work designed for search and placement professionals. The focus of the training is federal employment law specific to recruiters, along with state licensing and registration laws that affect direct hire firms.

Robert Duchess, Senior Direct Hire Staffing Manager, joined Amtec in 2017. As the Operations and Support Division Lead, Robert and his team focus on Sales, HR, Accounting, Management, and Customer Support/Administrative roles, mainly (but not exclusively) focused in the Aerospace and Defense, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, and Distribution/Logistics industries.

Senior Direct Hire Staffing Manager Rob Short leads a team of exceptional recruiters who have a special talent and know-how for recruiting technical candidates in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing and Construction industries. His team handles all roles from support staff to high-level engineers. Rob joined Amtec in 2015.
