Khris Cruz

Khris graduated with a BS in Psychology, joining Amtec in 2008 as a Sourcing Specialist. She went on to work as a recruiter for various RPO clients for over 5 years, before becoming part of the contract team in 2017. She was promoted to Team Lead last year and now manages multiple VMS and non-VMS accounts in the IT, manufacturing and finance sectors. Khris aims to please candidates and clients alike with her brand of customer-centric service sharpened by years of experience in the business. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her bonding with her kid, family and friends. Khris is a huge fan of alternative and indie bands.
