Ryan DeSmith

Born and raised in Southern California, I’ve had the unique opportunity to watch this community grow into one of the most vibrant and diverse in the country. From a young age, I aspired to either own a small business or work closely with the small businesses that shape our local economy.

After earning my degree in Business Entrepreneurship from California State University, Fullerton, I began my career in the construction industry, working on various public works projects as a Labor Compliance Coordinator. I’ve had the privilege of contributing to projects alongside respected general contractors such as Hensel Phelps, Kemp Bros Construction, and The Walsh Group.

Now, as a recruiter in the industry I’ve come to know and love, I’m grateful for the opportunity to connect top construction professionals with meaningful careers and to help my clients find the right talent to drive their businesses forward.
