Troy Dao

Troy Dao recently joined Amtec’s Chino Hill’s office as a Full Desk Staffing Manager in 2025. He was born and raised in San Jose, CA, but moved down to Southern California after receiving his Bachelor’s at the University of California Santa Barbara. He joins our team with previous experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in the hiring of Senior Level Engineers in various industries including, but not limited to, Aerospace, Defense, and Semiconductor. When he’s not connecting new candidates and clients, he’s at the beach walking his dog or trying new food spots with his friends.
