Jay Ramos is a staffing industry leader who spent nearly two decades at Amtec, rising from intern to President. He joined the company in 2000 and worked his way through recruiter, business development, division management, and executive leadership before becoming a partner and eventually President. During his time at Amtec, Jay played a key role in expanding the company's capabilities and building long-term client partnerships. His career path through every level of a staffing organization gave him a firsthand understanding of recruiting, team building, and organizational growth from the ground up. Jay earned his degree in Public Relations and Business from Cal State University Fullerton.
