Use of Temporary Employees is UP!

As a 53-year-old company, Amtec has rollercoasted over many peaks and valleys of our ever-changing economy. Whenever a peak is coming, staffing agencies are the first to feel the shift. This year has been a good one so far, and we’re thankful!

It’s encouraging to read that experts are predicting that there’s been a surge in temp workers, and that it’s predicted to increase. “It’s not simply a sign of cautious employers bringing in extra help while waiting to see what the economy will do, but evidence of a trend” and even “a structural transformation.”
