A construction foreman is typically the person on a construction project who is the point of contact between the management and the laborers. He (or not very often, she) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the construction build, ensuring that it is completed properly and according to the established schedule. The foreman position should not be confused with the Construction Project Manager or Superintendent as each role has different responsibilities.
